How to Apply for HCL Graduate Apprentice Trainee Recruitment 2022

Instructions to Apply for HCL Recruitment 2022 ?

• Register at National Apprentice Training Scheme (NATS) online portal (http://portal.mhrdnats.gov.in/).
  
• To register click on Apply Online against Advertisement No. HCL/HR/Graduate Apprentices/2021-22 on the career page of the HCL site, then click on New User and give all details.
• After successful recruitment, login into the candidate dashboard with your registered credentials.
• Login into the candidate dashboard with your registered credentials
• Under Candidate Dashboard, click on Applying Trade Details.
• Select Unit starting from your preferred drop List as spot for document verification.
• Select the suitable Trade for which you might want to apply for, from the DropDown List (either Mining or Electrical or Mechanical or Civil).
• Give details about your personal information, apprenticeship registration number and all different details.
• Click on Save and Proceed to Next
• Select Gender, Marital Status, Category and so forth.
• Fill in Correspondence Address, Permanent Address 
• Give details of Educational Qualification.
• Upload a latest Photo and Signature of the candidate
• Quit the choice for disclosure scheme gave under the Right to Information Act, 2005.
• Click on the check box box for the declaration statement by the Candidate. 
• Filled form details are shown, click on edit to adjust details ( if any)
• Press Final Submit to Submit the Application Online.
• A web-based Acknowledgment Slip is generated
• Click on Dashboard at the lower part of the acknowledgment slip.
• Click on Print Application to take printout of the Application and Acknowledgment Report to take printout of the submitted application and acknowledgment report.

• Aadhar Card.
• Date of Birth Certificate (If Available).
• Educational qualifications Certificate.
• Residence Certificate.
• Caste certificate (Exclude General Category).
• One Passport Size Photographs.
